Refund Policy

We accept returns under the following circumstances:

• The product is still in its original packaging and the protective film on the latex hasn't
heen removed.
• The product hasn't been used/worn
• The product has a manufacturing fault or is defected upon receiving
• The product is lost in transit. From date of order, you will have 30 days to request a refund for your products. Return
requests outside of this timescale will not be accepted.

We cannot accept returns under the following circumstances;

• On any personalised products i.e. Embroidery, Printing or SMU Orders (Unless
the product has a manufacturing defect upon receiving)
• Products requested to be returned after 30 days from order
• Protective film on the latex has been removed from the gloves Exchanges can be made for alternative sizes/models (whilst stocks last) however we need
to have the gloves returned to us first. The amount refunded will be the full cost of the products, shipping is not included in the
refund.

How to make a return;

To make a return please email jordan@competeelitegk.co.uk, using your order number as a subject title on the email and we will get back to you with our returns form normally within 48 hours. We always recommend using a tracked service to send items back to us as we will not be liable for any lost or damaged returns. Exchanges or refunds cannot be accepted if the returns form is not included.
